ARRIVING AND LEAVING: - We are asking everyone to arrive from the Northwest (2A/Old Colchester Rd intersection)]
- When leaving please turn right (no left turn) and exit the same way you arrived.
- Please car-pool to reduce the number of cars on site.
- IT IS IMPORTANT THAT WE ARE GOOD NEIGHBORS IN EVERY RESPECT.
PARKING: - Please observe all signage and/or parking attendants.
- Please make an effort to maximize parking space by parking close together.
- There is NO PARKING in any areas on or around the Tree Farm other than the designated parking lot.
- There is NO PARKING on Old Colchester Road, access road or the bus turnaround area.
DOGS: The Tree Farm is an open facility and there currently is not a prohibition on pets. We do however request that you refrain from bringing pets to the Tree Farm while attending training or games. If you do, please keep them on a leash and pick up after them. If we all manage this well we may not need to put any other rules in place. GOLF: Absolutely no golf. CASUAL USE: We encourage casual use. Casual use could be 2-3 people throwing a Frisbee around. Casual use is not 8-10 guys showing up to play a friendly small-sided game. A field rental agreement must be in force for any “organized” activity and appropriate fees paid. If in doubt please contact us. FIELD NUMBERING: Fields are numbered for use. HOWEVER, THE OPERATIONS GROUP RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MOVE FIELD #s TO MANAGE THE CONDITION OF FIELDS. For example you may have training on Field 1A but 1A may be a different field on different nights. Please pay special attention to this. GOALS: Teams/Coaches are welcome to move goals for training purposes. They must, however, be moved back to their original places after training. Failure to do so may result in a fee being charged. If the goal is staked, they must be restaked when returned. FIELD CLOSURES: - Eventually field closures will be posted on our new website. We will make every attempt to contact appropriate contact people in the event of field closures.
- Fields signed “Field Closed” mean stay off the field….no exceptions.
- If weather conditions occur during the course of field use please use appropriate judgment. Fields can be destroyed in a very short time when lots of water is present on the fields.
MANY NON-PROFIT GROUPS AND VOLUNTEERS HAVE WORKED VERY HARD TO MAKE THE TREE FARM A REALITY. LETS ALL WORK TOGETHER TO MAINTAIN AND SUSTAIN THIS GREAT RESOURCE.
